The double-locking system ensures that the mandrel remains tightly fitted within the rivet, rendering high anti-vibration results and high effective water-resistance. Locking action is achieved by two gripping grooves on the mandrel itself into which rivet material is deformed. Orlock internal friction system with differential force load provides tightest clamp-up without deforming or harming the grip material.
